New online course is coming up in November

Throughout the 28 days course with peers from diverse backgrounds, I experienced various inspiring seminars, creative arts and eurythmy exercises.

We worked individually and in groups. We went through text studies with individual connections through imaginations and had dialogues while attentively listening and questioning. The learning process embraced authenticity and vulnerability, allowing participants to be who they are and express themselves without fear. This process of active participation in beholding and being held, embracing and being embraced, formed a constant renewal of forces — for freedom and love unfold, building new connections. A beautiful, dynamic and almost miraculous natural process!

I met the Goetheanum online study program in a time of unrivaled social challenges and digital separation. It was a unique experience which allowed me to release my own separateness, and hold the group through participation and let myself be held and be encountered.

Each of us has a different standpoint. We see the world differently. Rudolf Steiner wrote in the Philosophy of Freedom, “I differ from my fellow man, not because we live in two entirely different spiritual worlds, but because from our common world of ideas we receive different intuitions”. Dynamic resonation with people from different cultures and different language backgrounds, broaden our perspectives, enriched our individualized concepts, and renewed our connection with realities. This opened up new potentials in facing our modern challenges.

Initially I joined the course with an expectation to deepen my understanding of Anthroposophy. What was deepened after 28 days in this virtual journey, was a renewal of a connection with myself and others, and love.
